Welcome to 2010. We have seen many changes to our lives over this past decade. It is reported that many of us are shifting our focus of how we are spending our precious resources. Your health care is definitely a great investment.

There are many ways to improve your health on a budget. Acupressure for Self-Health is a great way to learn about your body and improve your health. See the calendar for up-coming classes.

Another great way to receive acupuncture treatments is with your flex spending account. Check with your employer for ways in which you can use that benefit.

For $15 for up to a 30 minute session you can come by the office and have a relaxing acupuncture mini-session ( Stress Relief Session ) laying on a comfortable table with calming music. It is a great way to see what acupuncture is like without a lot of hassle.
